As the year draws to a close in a season filled with warmth, Nutrarex Biotech continues its tradition of giving. This year, Nutrarex Biotech brought its care and support to the Eden Social Welfare Foundation’s Leqing Workshop, where team members became Christmas angels, fulfilling wish-list gifts for children with disabilities and personally writing cards of blessing, hoping to let them feel the warmth unique to the festive season.
The Leqing Workshop has long been dedicated to supporting people with disabilities. Through independent living training and diverse learning programs, it helps participants develop daily life capabilities and workplace skills, guiding them step by step toward stable employment.
Among this year's Christmas wishes, Willy's stood out as especially meaningful. At 29, Willy lives with visual impairment and relies on a white cane for mobility, yet he has always maintained a deep enthusiasm for life. When he learned he could make a Christmas wish, he was filled with anticipation. Enjoying time spent with church youth groups and sharing everyday moments, Willy wished for a Bible. Although audio and online versions are available, they cannot compare to the experience of holding a printed book, turning its pages, and reading it with a magnifier, an irreplaceable sense of reality and warmth. When the Bible was placed in Willy’s hands, he and the other children were overjoyed, their faces lighting up with pure, heartfelt smiles.
